Im Anschluss an unseren Workshop, laden wir zu einem Sharing Movement Treffen in die Räume des Explo ein. Willkommen sind Alle: Alte Häs*innen von Amerta Movement, Neulinge und Neugierige, die diese Bewegungspraxis einmal kennen lernen oder auch einfach nur Zuschauen möchten; und gerne auch Musiker*innen, die unsere Bewegung musikalisch bewegt ergänzen möchten.
Ab 16.00 sind die Türen dafür geöffnet und wir beginnen dann pünktlich um 16.30 Uhr
Als einfache Struktur, orientieren und bewegen wir uns in den drei Annäherungen an Welt:
Oval - purification in circulation – Körper und Natur
Square - performance - creation - Mensch
Circle - offering - der geistig, spirituelle Raum
In Praptos „garden stage“ Konzept, sind dieses die drei Bereiche des Gartens: Natur, Tempel und menschlicher Raum „As someone who loves the arts, I hope to always be able to have a “garden stage” in the world and the afterlife, that is still connected with heaven on earth and in the afterlife…..“ (Prapto, Padepokan Lemah Putih, Dec. 2009; verstorben am 29.12.2019)
Nach dem gemeinsamen Bewegen gibt es auch noch Zeit für Austausch und Fragen.
Bitte gebt uns kurz Bescheid, wenn Ihr kommen wollt; aber auch ein spontanes Erscheinen ist willkommen.

Sharing Movement | Solah Bowo | at Exploratorium Berlin | Sunday | 4-6pm
Following our workshop there will be a small sharing movement at Explo.
Everyone is welcome: old hands of Amerta Movement, newcomers and curious people who would like to get to know this movement practice or just watch it; and also musicians who would like to add musical movement to our movement.
The doors will be open from 16.00 and we will start punctually at 16.30.
As a simple structure, we orientate and move in the three approaches to the world:
Oval -
purification in circulation - body and nature
Square - performance - creation - human being
Circle - offering - the mental, spiritual space
In Prapto's "garden stage" concept, these are the three areas of the garden: nature, temple and human space.

After moving together, there will also be time for sharing and questions.
